Rebecca Kenny

PRINCIPAL & DESIGN DIRECTOR

Rebecca brings literally decades of hospitality design and project management experience to the table. She has a Masters degree in Architecture and a Bachelor’s degree in Art History, and understands and is passionate about the entire creative process. Rebecca feels strongly that “design is a team sport,” and has found that successful projects are created when owners, designers, architects, engineers, and contractors work collectively toward the singular goal of a skillfully designed and well-build property.

Ron Jewett

SENIOR ARCHITECT

“Architecture is just art we live in.”

Ron has over 25 years of architectural experience—including over 15 years of hospitality experience. He is a licensed architect, in charge of day-to-day project management and design duties. He leads all phases of design, documentation, and construction administration, and is an expert architectural visualization specialist. Ron’s experience ranges from large resorts to boutique hotels, and golf clubs to industrial facilities.

Cecily Watson

SENIOR DESIGNER

“The art is in the arrival.”

Since 2012, Cecily has been the logistical heartbeat of Greenwood & Black, specializing in the "Science of the Stuff." With over two decades of hospitality experience, she masterfully orchestrates the journey from concept to installation – balancing creative FF&E specs with the complex realities of global purchasing. From million-square-foot resorts in India to boutique hotel refreshes, Cecily ensures the design vision is sourced, shipped, and perfectly placed.

Julie Kronenberger

STUDIO COORDINATOR

“Everything is Art.”

Julie is the operational engine behind Greenwood & Black, bringing a fine art degree and decades of high-level coordination to the studio. As a self-described “Operations Architect,” she masterfully manages the people, processes, and pennies – ensuring the business side of the creative vision remains as disciplined as it is inspired. From institutional memory to workflow design, Julo is the essential glue that keeps the studio's most complex projects on track.
